Payment support from your local authority

There are several ways care at home can be funded. Some families pay privately for faster access and full flexibility, while others may qualify for financial support from their local authority. If eligible, funding is usually provided through a personal budget. You may receive this as Direct Payments or as a Council-managed budget.
