Kosh Care aims to deliver services that enable you to remain as independent as possible while being cared for at home. We also aim to deliver safe and secure services by implementing strict recruitment procedures.
All of our employees must have completed enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Services), they must also show good character, be qualified to care, and provide good references.

Our Leadership Team
I founded Kosh Care to create a domiciliary care service built on compassion, professionalism, and strong values. My aim has always been to help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes while receiving care they can trust.
I bring experience from healthcare, IT, finance, and law, which helps shape the way Kosh Care is run — with clarity, innovation, and high standards. Together with a dedicated office team, we carefully match clients with the right carers and ensure every part of our service runs smoothly.
Before starting Kosh Care, I established a domiciliary care agency that was rated Outstanding for two consecutive years. I have a background in business consultancy, hold a Master’s degree in Science, and remain passionate about great customer service.
Outside of work, I’m committed to charity and volunteering, as giving back to the community is something I truly value.
